## Information you provide

The contact form collects the name, email address, selected project type, and message that a visitor chooses to provide. Do not submit passwords, financial information, health information, or other highly sensitive material.

## Use, delivery, and storage

Information may be used to review and respond to an inquiry, discuss possible work, keep necessary business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Submissions are delivered as plain-text email through Resend. This website does not keep a separate database copy. Messages and operational logs may remain in provider systems under their policies and account settings.

## Hosting and security

Vercel hosts the site and may process ordinary technical request data required for delivery and security. Vercel BotID Basic validates protected contact submissions. The site does not currently use advertising pixels, visitor accounts, or a dedicated visitor-analytics product.

## Retention and rights

Messages may be kept as reasonably needed for response, records, abuse prevention, disputes, or legal duties. Depending on location, a person may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [cartersteinhoff@gmail.com](mailto:cartersteinhoff@gmail.com); verification or lawful retention may still be required.
